But that's not all! Diever is full of interesting sights that are definitely worth a visit. How about the Archaeological Center West Drenthe, located in the beautiful Schultehuis on Diever's brink? This historic building used to be the official residence of the Schultes of Diever.

And don't forget to check out the hunebed, just outside the village, in the middle of the beautiful countryside. And there is also the old mill from 1882 in hamlet Oldediever, the hiding place and the impressive Reformed Church, which is the centerpiece of Diever.

There are also lots of fun activities organized in Diever, such as hiking and biking events, summer markets and theater and music performances.

Have you ever heard of the Shakespeare theater in Diever? Every year since 1946, a play by William Shakespeare has been performed here by the Diever Theatre Association.
