Weekly prices

In low season, flexible rental periods are possible. Please contact us for this.

At Ascension and Pentecost different periods and rates apply.

*In 2024, a professional entertainment team will be present from July 19 to August 23.

Arrival and departure times

You can use your accommodation from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the departure day you must leave it again at 10:30. You can use the campsite facilities all day both days.

Pets

Pets are allowed in our accommodations, dogs must be leashed on the property. The surcharge for a dog is €4.50 per night.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen

As an additional service, it is possible to rent linens:

• 1 person bed linen € 7,75

• 2 person bed linen € 11.25

• towel package (1x small + 1x large) €4.25

• kitchen package (2x tea towel, 2x towel, 2x dish towel) € 5.50

Cleaning

The rental prices do not include € 45 cleaning costs. The accommodation must be left wipe-clean by you, crockery and the like must be left clean again in the right place.

Payment

We charge no reservation fee and no preference surcharge. Upon reservation, you will receive a rental agreement. 

• 50% 14 days after reservation

• 50% 30 days prior to arrival

Fourteen days after the reservation date the reservation is final and the first half of the total amount must be transferred. Within these fourteen days cancellation without charge is possible, after this the cancellation conditions of the Hiswa-Recron apply. The second half must be paid at least one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We work according to the terms and conditions of Hiswa-Recron. These conditions are attached. 

Summary cancellation fees: 

• > 3mn before arrival 15%

• 2-3mn before arrival 50%

• 1-2mn before arrival 75%

• 0-1mn before arrival 90%

• on arrival day 100%

We recommend that you purchase your own cancellation insurance from your insurer. Please note! This is often required within 7 days of booking.

Bedding

If you do not use the rental bed linen, you must bring your own. Pillows and comforters are provided. Dimensions of the beds in your rented accommodation are listed in your reservation confirmation.

Service

Bicycles are available for rent in the reception. You can also use a high chair or camp bed free of charge. Please indicate this well in advance, and we will make sure it is ready in the accommodation upon arrival.
